The A4 Paper Ream Wrapping Machine is a special equipment for packing copy paper of different specifications with 70-80 grams of copper plate printing paper or printing coated paper.

How the machine works

The working principle of the machine is to take the mechanical linkage structure as the main body, relying on a series of cam inside the machine to drive each connecting rod and working parts. Adopt multi-function digital display frequency conversion stepless speed regulation: PLC programmable control design technology to realize paper feeding, wrapping, glue spraying, pressure sealing, transportation and other principles for packaging.

The touch display screen is used to realize the man-machine interface, which can complete the functions of programming setting, control operation, tracking display, fault emergency stop and so on.

The machine adopts PLC Chinese and English operation panel to facilitate the operation of employees.

The following will introduce the working process of A4 paper packaging:

First of all, the customer buys a paper package with a specification of 550-560mm × 386mm and puts the finished paper package into the right-hand transfer window. Then, the machine starts to work, then wraps the paper, and then the glue sprayer automatically sprays the glue to glue the paper together. Then, the machine will press the paper and wrap the paper tightly together with the appropriate pressure. This ensures the stability and safety of the packaging, and the packaged paper is output from the left window outlet to realize the paper feeding function. This allows the packaged paper to be sent to the next collection, such as stacking, storage, or transportation.

The whole working process is realized by machine, which realizes the mechanization, automation and high efficiency of packaging, greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the efficiency of packaging
