Product Description

YTB-4 4 color flexo printing machine a higher grade quality and comes standard with the unwinding auto tension controller and the reliable weilong brand edge position control (epc) system. With a single unwind and rewind station, the operation is made more efficient. The unwind and rewind station can optional double feeding if the material roll is small.

Films are transported to the printing station using aluminum guide rollers. Individually equipped with drying pipes, each printing station ensures the films receive adequate primary drying. The working area is brightly illuminated by a machine with working lights. An overhead big drying chamber, located on the upper side, helps enhance the heating capacity in cooperation with a blower. This ensures the films are dried at a high speed without any delay, making the process even more efficient.

The printing unit uses advanced ceramic mesh roller for efficient ink transfer, equipped with a single or chamber doctor blade and automated ink supply system. We have optional function of automatically separate the anilox roller and plate roller after stopping to prevent any ink blockage. Additionally, an independent motor drives the anilox roller to further enhance ink performance and prevent solidification on its surface.
