SX-FQJ-1100A Slitter rewinder machine is mainly used for PET PVC coated paper, laminated paper, Kraft paper, and other drum materials;

This machine adopts air-rising shaft with shaft feeding structure, which has strong load-bearing capacity.

The structure expands after the internal air bag is inflated, and the paper tube can be tightly fixed on the shaft.

This design makes loading and unloading more convenient, and can save manpower.

After finishing, the operator only needs to place the paper tube on the shaft, and then inflate the inflatable shaft through the inflatable device to expand it and clamp the paper tube.

When you need to remove the paper tube, just deflate the inflator shaft, and the paper tube can be easily removed.

The shaft feeding structure of this kind of inflating shaft can not only improve the production efficiency, but also reduce the workload of manual operation.

Using magnetic powder to reel ,The winding speed of the machine can reach 200 meters per minute.

Customers can also choose motor rewinding speed up to 400 meters per minute.
