Product Description

SX-SF Shrink Film Packaging Machine uses photoelectric to detect the products automatically, and can choose either automatic feeding mode or manual feeding mode. During the feeding process, the product is placed on the conveyor belt and tested by the electric eye switch.When the package touches the electric eye, the sealing knife will drop automatically. Then, the equipment uses a half-folded film and seals the other three sides. Then, the constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system seals and cuts the heat sealing film according to the set temperature to realize the sealing. Finally, the film is shrunk by heating in the shrinkage machine to complete the packaging process.

Working process:

1. Setting time: according to the needs of packaging, set the appropriate time, too long time will lead to too much shrinkage film, affecting the beauty of the packaging.

two.. Feed mode selection: choose automatic or manual feeding mode as needed, the conveyor belt does not run in manual mode, and the electric eye is closed.

3. Temperature adjustment: adjust the temperature of the shrinkage machine according to the material and thickness of the package. generally, the horizontal seal is set at about 200 °C and the vertical seal is set at about 300 °C.

4. Transport speed adjustment: according to the needs of packaging, adjust the speed of conveying products, speed up, the temperature increases accordingly, the air volume increases and the temperature decreases accordingly.

5. Packaging process: put the product on the conveyor belt, when the package touches the electric eye, the sealing cutter will drop automatically. Then, the equipment seals and cuts the film, and heats the film through the shrinking machine to shrink the film to complete the packaging.

6. Maintenance work: discharge water at least once a month and check the oil once a month to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
